 Siita Sofo, a distinguished member of a royal family in Wa, Upper West Region, Ghana, holds an Executive MBA from the Paris Graduate Institute of Management in France. Driven by a profound passion for empowerment and development, Siita transitioned from a successful decade-long career in banking with Ecobank and United Bank for Africa to tackle the developmental challenges in Northern Ghana. 

 Notable Accomplishments: 

•  Establishing NTV: In 2016, Siita founded NTV, the first private TV station in Northern Ghana, fostering inclusiveness and promoting regional development. 
•  Empowering Women Entrepreneurs: As the leader of Trade Queen Africa, Siita has empowered countless women entrepreneurs across the continent.
•  Honored as "Malti Naa": Recognized as "Malti Naa" (The Development Chief) for his significant contributions to the development of Northern Ghana. 
•  Economic Empowerment: Through Zuri of Africa Shea Ltd., Siita economically empowers rural women by advancing shea refinement practices. 
•  Youth Entrepreneurship: Serving as Continental President for the AfCFTA Young Entrepreneurs Federation (AfYEF), Siita drives youth entrepreneurship across Africa. 

 Achievements: 

•  Identified among the Top 10 most influential personalities in Northern Ghana in 2019. 
•  Media Personality of the Year for 2017 and 2018 (40under40 Awards). 
•  Honored by the African Union Women, Gender and Youth Directorate. 
•  Recognized as one of Ghana's most decorated youth leaders.
